Toller Platz als Zwischenstop von der Mosel in die Bretagne. Ideal mit Hund und wenn man entschleunigung sucht. Wir kommen wieder!

Petite aire très agréable au bord de l'eau. Toutes les commodités sont réunies. Emplacements délimités. Belles balades à faire. Vous aurez la visite des canards et des oies. Commerces à proximité.

The site was in a great location right beside the river. It gave us easy access for all the WW1 sites locally. We were aware prior to booking that the goose poo is an issue, it was. However, the geese were friendly and made our stay welcome, so we forgive them.

Auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht als "Test" für unsere geplante nächste Reise entlang der Somme verbracht. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir waren am 18.12.23 ganz alleine und haben den Ort erkundet. Man steht direkt an der Somme mit Blick auf das Wasser, zutrauliche Wasservögel grasen auf der Wiese dazwischen und zahlreiche Wanderwege gibt es auch. Alles hat uns gefallen, wie kommen wieder!

Watch where you walk. Geese make a terrible mess. Service point a bit awkward, otherwise a pretty site. A small supermarket a walk away in town.

Quiet stay with nature
We had a very peaceful 3 nights here on the bank of the River Somme. Just be aware there are quite a few geese and ducks that make a bit of noise during the night and droppings everywhere. This aire would benefit from wifi as at some other CCP aires. Also the water emptying point can be a bit of a faff for larger motorhomes.

Great Location but no power
Loved this location right on the river. However couldn't get any power from the bollard. Tried several sockets and different cables. My van worked fine the next time we plugged in. Hopefully can be sorted soon.
