Basic But Convenient
The site amenities were clean and functional, but basic. It was, however, extremely convenient to either rest when coming off the ferry or wait until your ferry to the UK departs! Absolutely a safe place, and a short walk to the beach! Very happy to find this area!

Hallo Frank, vielen Dank für Ihre Meinung ! Die Plätze des Camping-Car-Park-Netzes sind nur in Ausnahmefällen mit sanitären Einrichtungen ausgestattet, da sie für autonome Freizeitfahrzeuge bestimmt sind. Die CAMPINGPLÄTZE meines Dorfes (Camping de Mon Village) verfügen hingegen alle über WCs und Duschen, die in der Hochsaison geöffnet sind, um alle Touristen mit autonomen oder nicht autonomen Fahrzeugen empfangen zu können. Ideal, nah an Fähre, Strand und Stadt mit Gratisbus in der Region
Wir mögen diesen Platz als Zwischenstation oder um den Strand und die Stadt zu genießen. Schiffe gucken, Kultur und gutes Essen in Calais. Die Entsorgung ist mit mehreren Buchten vor der Einfahrt. Großzügig und gut anzufahren. Neu mit Strom. Super , wir kommen wieder

L'aire de Calais est grande. Il serait bien que les emplacements soit bien redéfinis, il y a toujours des profiteurs dont le comportement va à l'encontre des autres. L'aire pourrait être mieux entretenue !!La ville est à 20 minutes à pied. Il y a une belle et bonne boulangerie à 6 minutes à pieds, quand on sort, partir sur la droite et au 2ème carrefour, la boulangerie se trouve sur la gauche . En ce qui concerne la borne de service, effectivement sur l'aire de Calais, la borne de vidange se trouve à l'extérieur de l'aire. Ideal for tunnel
Large spot easy to get to and from nice walk to seafront and all attractions. Very easy to get to tunnel from.

No electric and bad spacing
The pitches are not defined so many people taking too much space using it like a campsite with awning, tables and chairs so other cannot get space. On our current stay there were 4 German Caravans taking up lots of space. We were unable to get electric as no sockets left. Neighbour had low battery and children so allowed them to have it. White lines or demarcation needs to be added to let people know allocated space and needs policing to stop caravans using the Aire and taking space for 4 cars
