Great to visit the town
My first impression was “wow this is disgusting”. The service point was overflowing with excrement! A phone call to base said I was the second call about it and by the time we got back from our walk around the village a team was on site and sorted! The aire is shaded, well positioned to visit the town and despite being between two roads quiet overnight. The toilet block is basic and shower water cool at the best. One cyclist was in a tent but I wouldn’t have described it as “a camp site

Toilette et douche PMR Deux douches ,deux toilettes et lavabos pour vaisselles c'est propre et les poubelles son à la sortie en bas à la monté des camping cars.Faire attention ⚠️ il faut arrivé doucement et redescendre car sinon vous toucher .Petit village bien sympathique marché le mercredi et samedi matin bon séjour.

Très bien mais pas de poubelle pour ordures ménagères et la plateforme de vidange aurait mérité d'être posée 2 m avant elle est beaucoup trop près du domaine public. Christian

Shaded site
Great site on edge of Martel. Easy to walk to centre. 5 mins from boulangerie. Lovely town square with restaurants and bars. Showers/ toilets quite old but functional

Très beau village
Sinon camping très bien placé il faut prendre le truffado un très vieux train à vapeur que s’occupe une association la promenade dure 1h30 et les paysages sont à couper le souffle

Une aire très agréable idéalement placée pour aller visiter Martel et aussi prendre le petit train du Quercy. Compter,bien 800 m env pour aller jusqu'à la gare. Et sanitaires sont vieux mais corrects les douches opérationnelles avec de l'eau chaude. Le seul petit bémol il n'y a pas de poubelle sur place.

Short walk to Village
Great location with Toilets and Showers and just a short walk into the village . It was just a shame that some vans were parked across 2 bays , its best to check spaces before you arrive as it's very popular , there is another free Aire just below this one but no facilities.

Very busy
Martel is a very popular town for visitors, and the parking area fills up quickly. We arrived early in the afternoon and were unable to find a space. The site has tight access and limited pitches for such a popular town. Sorry we were unable to stay.
