Aire super bien positionner par rapport aux commerces et la superbe plage, emplacement pas trop bien délimités, donc un peu le bordel surtout pour rentrer et sortir de l'aire.

Stayed 2 nights in mid September with our dog
A very busy aire close to the beach and sand dunes and also Calais. Confirm previous comments about poor markings and people parking where they shouldn’t! Town very quiet as it’s the end of the season. Would definitely return.

Nice Site
Fantastic location for the walking the dunes around Merlimont but not a great deal open this time of year. The main problem at this site as others have mentioned is the lack of visible demarcations of pitches. The small pins in the dirt are just not visible any more. It would help if we all adhered to the rules and regulations to leave an equal space for each other. We had one 9m van with a 4m trailer sticking way out into the turning area.

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Die Lage des Platzes ist perfekt, sehr nah zum Strand, es gibt sehr schöne Wanderwege zwischen den Dünen. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, der Stellplatz war aber immer sehr voll. Die Stellplatzmarkierungen sind tatsächlich schlecht sichtbar, es wurde deswegen recht eng, aber die Mitcamper blieben alle gelassen, dann klappt es auch. Beim Wegfahren funktionierte die Schranke nicht, aber am Telefon wurde mir schnell geholfen.

Basically a gravel area with a lot of motorhomes in. Not at all attractive, but great location for beach, walks and shops.
