Oke om de stad te bezoeken.
Hadden voor 2 nachten geboekt maar zijn na 1 nacht gaan lopen van het lawaai. CP ligt onder een zeer drukke brug. De stad op wandelafstand. Je kan wel heerlijk eten in de stad. Wifi was niet te verkrijgen.

Avoid
This is the old car park of adjoining camp site. The demarcation hasn't changed from use as a car park. The area looks unkempt, no softening of landscape, hot gravel, and perimeter surrounded by covered industrial fencing. View of old worn industrial works. Young lads on dirt bikes arrived not long afterwards, and we felt sufficiently uneasy to move on.

Parking étroit au pied d’un pont
Parking étroit, plat en gravillons. Au bord de la Saône mais surtout au pied d’un pont sur lequel passent beaucoup de véhicules qui font du bruit au passage des joints de ponts. L’accès au centre ville en 15 minutes. Nous n’y sommes pas restés pour dormir car trop bruyant. Places étroites pouvant compliquer les manœuvres en cas d’affluence. Nous n’y retournerons pas

Unter der Brücke …
Ziemlich laut während der gesamten Nacht! Sehr kurze Stellplätze und die Entsorgung ist nur nutzbar, wenn der Platz leer ist! Dafür ist aber Chalon-sur-Saone einen Besuch wert.

‘S avonds en ‘s nachts wel veel last van (vracht)verkeer over de brug. Prima voor tussenstop

für einen Tag/Nacht okay um Saint Marcel zu besuchen. Gute Radwege ab dem Stellplatz. Ich würde 2 Sterne geben, kann dann aber die Bewertung nicht abgeben 😟

Convenient stop
Convenient stop, close to city, nice restaurants, has water and waste disposal but is very exposed. Woke at 4am and spotted somebody lurking around the vans parked up. Soon realised wasn’t a neighbour so shouted and he ran off, had head torch on ready to commit some form of theft, my bike cover was partially removed so caution leaving stuff outside van.

Emplacement très bien placé. Un peu bruyant avec la route. Dommage que les emplacements ne sont pas délimités ,on ne sait pas où se mettre. Très bien pour les promenades en vélo avec piste cyclable très proche.
