Noisy dirty site
The site was used by the local dog walkers who didn’t clean up after their dogs so there was lots of mess around the pitches. The freight trains ran ALL night and were very noisy obviously. The town itself and surrounding area was run down and there were lots of locals with aggressive dogs so we didn’t feel safe walking around with our dog. We wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

Good Stopover
The site is located in a quiet part of the town with just a short walk to Centre de Ville for cafes.. Facilities were as described.

Stop was OK but area next to toilets was littered with wine bottles.looked like the build up had been there for some time...
Hello John, thank you for your opinion! The areas in the Camping-Car Park network are only exceptionally equipped with sanitary facilities because they are dedicated to independent leisure vehicles. The Saint Omer site does not have any. However, I will inform the relevant department. I hope to see you soon at one of the areas in the CAMPING-CAR PARK network. Emma

Convenient for the channel crossings.
A convenient site for an overnight stay prior to catching a ferry or LeShuttle. Adjacent to a busy railway line so can be noisy.

Pitches are great unfortunately there are no toilets available. Right in the centre and close to Carrefour
