Beautiful site poor electric
À beautiful aire. Nicely spaced pitches and clean. All facilities nearly working. The electric supply was very weak and ours kept tripping out and we had to use gas and 12v instead in our van which defeated the object of staying here as we wanted electric.

J' ai séjourné sur cette aire des dizaines de fois depuis son ouverture et l'apprécie. Très prisée des Britanniques et souvent complète, c'est un un vrai succès pour la commune . Cependant, elle commence à rencontrer des problèmes. Très fréquemment en hiver, la fourniture d'électricité est insuffisante et comme cette nuit, une fois encore, plus de courant. D'autre part, la vidange des cassettes sent désormais fort mauvais. La commune doit vraiment remédier à ces problèmes.

Comme indiqué sur la charte d'utilisation de nos aires, la puissance électrique fournie est suffisante pour "utiliser l’électricité uniquement pour la recharge de la cellule de mon camping-car". First Camping-car experience
Checked by telephone the day before about getting a card, and was told to turn up and ring their team who would talk me through it. And lovely lady did just that. Very easy to load card, which popped out of the machine! Stay here was quiet and good nights sleep. Occasional train but they soon stopped running. Ideal to/from Caen ferry.
