Lovely location
Just below the medieval fortress which is free to walk round. Very clean showers, wc etc. short walk to village on the Charante River with restaurants, bakery and small shop. Sadly the weather was awful but the site lovely. Train line nearby was not a problem.

Les emplacements sont grands voire très grands et adaptés aux cc xxl avec remorque. Par contre l'accès à l'aire est assez compliqué notamment pour les cc avec remorque. Ça tourne à angle droit et c'est très juste pour ma part avec un ensemble cc+ remorque de 13m. Sinon rien à redire, oui il a des trains mais je n'ai pas été dérangé.

Pequeñita, pero acogedora y agradable. Plazas sombreadas, ideales para los momentos de calor. Con toma de agua y desagüe en la mayor parte de las plazas.

Great walk around chateau with dog, nice walk along river with two reasonable restaurants, good toilets and hot shower on site. . Some big pitches, only down side is road and train noise which we don't mind but not for light sleepers.

Jolie aire
Emplacement plat, ombragé, Sanitaires propres, eau chaude. Seul petit bemol, la voie fermée dont nous avons fait abstraction à la nuit tombée.

Belle petite aire camping-car avec de beaux emplacements et un bloc sanitaire complet avec WC, bac à linge, bac à vaisselle et douche 🚿 , ce qui est rare... En bref, tout ce qu'il faut...👍

A little gem
Great Aire. Afew minutes walk up to the beautiful chateau with stunning views over the Charente valley. Very quiet town but has afew restaurants down by the river. Aire has clean toilets and showers. Large pitches. Would definitely stop there again.
