Fine gravel pitches, location about 20mins walk out of town. Motorhome service point is outside the barrier. Which means you have to drive out of the site and back in again if you are using it to take on water during your stay.

Very busy
Lovely spot next to Caen Memorial and perfect for downhill cycle into town. BUT not bookable and hugely popular so you take your chances. Wouldn't rely on space for ferry crossings.

The site is a decent walk into town, and it is in a superb location. Very spacious pitch spacing, flat, and the area is quite.

Good location for an Aire d’Etappe, still don’t understand how the system works as we stayed 2 nights and got charged for 3 - kind of an « inverse » bonus??? Very strange indeed…

Great site. Only stayed the one night but so central. Bus nearby. Excellent bus service to town and back. Definitely a premier site. Will be back. Lots of history to explore

Great Stop
As all of the reviews have said this is a great stop for Caen. Well laid out and plenty of room. Easy ride into town on bus number 2 which terminates at the Caen Memorial which is well worth the visit.

Aire super bien placée notamment pour visiter le mémorial. Arrêt de bus à la sortie du terrain pour visiter Caen. Je la conseil, s'il y a de la place, car que du bien, rien de négatif.
