Schöner geht es kaum
Großzügige gepflegte Rasenflächen, viele hübsche Birken mit weißer Rinde und frischen Blättern. Der Kontrast des freudigen Gezwitschers der Vögel hier zu dem Wahnsinn der Granatentrichter, Todes und Schreckens bei Verdun wirkt nach. Man fühlt sich wie in der neuen Welt: Jesaja 65:17 Denn seht, ich schaffe einen neuen Himmel und eine neue Erde. Und an das, was früher war, wird man sich nicht mehr erinnern ... Danke an die Betreiber :-))!

Bit remote, by a fishing lake. Some road noise but quiet at night. Looks like CCP has put in several new hard standings and services recently. Lots of evidence of ground clearance with roots and plant debris and uneven bare ground. Assuming they have seeded and have some sort of ground maintenance contract this will probably look better than it does at the moment. Positives: birch trees are quite pretty, lots of bird song and we are the only ones here! Awaiting vet appt in Soissons in the mornin
