a new site but a bit tight to manoeuvre if it’s very busy
lovely site just a few minutes walk from the city and close to the Hennessy visitor centre. wide pitches well marked but not really suitable for large motorhomes over 8 metres (i had to remove my cycle rack to fit the van in the space). easy to find but not if the Friday night market is on, as the city closes the only access road to set up the stalls!!!! I had to go through several one way roads THE WRONG WAY to get to the site. once there though its a lovely spot, right by the river. good rive

Excellent location, Service point can be difficult to access when turning area is used as a camping space.

Que dire... dommage, très dommage de vouloir à tout prix privilégier la quantité à la qualité. Une fois l'aire complète, pratiquement impossible de déplacer un camping-car à l'aire de service. Pour peu que les 3 places du centres soient occupés par des camping-car de 2m35 de large et vous ne pouvez pratiquement plus sortir de votre place. CCP sait faire mieux... victime de son succès ? Allez les ambassadeurs, testez cette aire quand elle est à 100% d'occupation et faite remonter l'

Excellent emplacement le long de la Charente, permettant de rejoindre la porte Saint-Jacques (bas de la ville) en quelques minutes. Je recommande cette étape permettant de visiter la ville, les chais et se ballader le long de la Charente.

Tight spaces but ✔️
Easy walk into Cognac. Spaces are tight for access/departure espcially if full. Orherwise excellent.

Toller zentraler Stellplatz
Hat uns sehr gut Gefallen, wir standen direkt am Fluss. Cognac ist sehr gut zu Fuss oder mit Rädern erreichbar

Handy for town but compact
Well located site for visiting the Cognac houses. We felt town had little else to offer. Situated on the bank of the river. Quite a compact site with 3 pitches in the middle, which makes for difficult manoeuvring if full. Would not like to try it in any van over 8m length.

Aire bien située proche du centre ville et au bord de la Charente, assez calme, supermarché à proximité, mais pas grande donc vite pleine.

Toller Platz für alle die Ruhe schätzen
Toller Platz mit voller Ausstattung. Stellplätze teils auf Schotter, teils auf Gras. Park mit kleinem Teich, Spielplatz, Grillplatz direkt nebenan. Toiletten und Duschen sehr sauber.
