Stunning views
Lovely site with beautiful views. Great walking trails from the site. Weir is next to the top of the site and is quite loud which may disturb some people. Our main issue here was that the barrier would not respond to the code from the app or the card. When we arrived there was already one van stuck at the barrier and another waiting. We had to phone and it took some time to get the barrier to lift. The van behind us gave up! We stayed two nights and counted at least six vans who ended up driving

Agreable camping au bord du gave. Très bien sauf 2 chiens ce matin qui divaguent ce matin sur le camping

Trop bien, trop beau
Grand parking, idéal grand cc, il faut aimer l eau qui coule, on est près d' une cascade, le village est sympa, rien de particulier, mais est resté dans le style de la région. Un peu plus loin a 2 kms un autre village non accessible au cc très sympa aussi a visité. Des randonnées sont a faire autour. Nous avons passé 3 jours au calme..

In two minds…
On the one hand a lovely place with lots of space and plenty of shade. Some people find the sound of the weir next to the site calming. I find it sounds like a motorway. I find the river quite scary given the enormous speed of the flow and the lack of a proper fence to prevent kids or dogs to go too close. We managed to get ourselves stuck in the mud upon arrival. My own fault but the concrete strips could have been a bit larger. The place is really too soggy in the winter.

Très bien placé, ombragé l'été mais attention aux branchages qui tombent à cette période. Aire pas trop bruyante, le bruit de l'écluse peut-être gênant la nuit. Accès vidange correct mais un peu compliqué pour repartir. Prix raisonnable cette saison. J'y reviendrai.

Very new site near lovely town with all amenities. Site is next to river with weir which can be noisy but not really an issue. Safe site.
