Super stopover in Saint Omer, one hour from Calais on our journey to Switzerland and Austria. Arrived 22.30 to get the last place thanks to the App! Town centre and restaurants and La Gare all in easy walking distance. The only negative - overflowing bins.

Convenient stop for St Omer and the Veterinary Clinic
New Service point, spacious pitches. The app was inaccurate regarding number of spaces and if it says zero spaces you cannot gain entry regardless of whether you can see 5 free pitches. It was handy for a walk into town and the vets is opposite the site. Watch out for the 3m bridge 50 yards from the site entrance when appoaching from the Watten direction, go around over the railway level crossing.

les trains passent même après 20h (heure à corriger sur le site CCPark) fréquences importantes. la ville est à découvrir tout de même.

Aire très bien située à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. Longée par une voie ferrée : trains fréquents y compris la nuit.

all services now working
As said all services now working, nice quiet site close to town, train noise did not bother me. Lidl across the road 5minutes away, beware if coming from Belgium there is a 3m high bridge and just before the bridge there is access via the level crossing, I did not see this as I reversed into the opening and then took a 10k diversion so on the bend before the bridge take the road over the crossing signed no entry except for vehicles over 3m High.

AVOID
Trains do not stop at 8 they rin all night so no sleep with the noise and van shaking! Dog poo everywhere it was disgusting and even a homeless man eating out of the bins!! Rubbish everywhere!! Wont ever go back!!!!
