Stayed one night very peaceful. The Aire is situated beside a nature reserve and lake with a beach ,which has been reclaimed from the mining industry. Gift shop and cafe with toilets nearby. Trails for cycling and walking around the lake

Superb quiet aire

Well laid out aire with level, reinforced pitches defined by wooden "railway sleepers". Very quiet overnight. Great place to spend the night. Trees will provide shade in the summer.

Excellent site

Beautiful site next to nature reserve. Very quiet and scenic. Cafe and toilets at visitors centre. Will return if ever this way again

Peaceful in nature

We spent a lovely, peaceful 2 nights at this location. Parking is hardstanding and fairly level with well spaced pitches. Water & waste just inside barrier. Electricity worked perfectly well. There is a huge lake offering nature walks, we walked a 10 mile hike! Separate carpark for day trippers, heated toilets at park entrance along with shop, information & cafe. We saw processionary caterpillars - watch your children & pets (highly poisonous)

Apparemment toute neuve, grands emplacements, plats, sur plateaux ciment alvéoles herbe, borne fonctionnelle. A quelques mètres de la maison de la réserve. M&M le 14.01.25

Fraaie CP

Mooie staanplaatsen op grasstenen. Een CP zoals je die graag ziet. Honderden kraanvogels zien overkomen. Goed wandelgebied met de honden. Kortom: super
