Aire très calme et agréable. A 10kms de Poitiers, idéal pour visiter Poitiers ou le Futuroscope. Situés à côté du Lac de Saint Cyr, de belles promenades à faire à pied ou à vélo.

What a lovely place right by the lake. Very peaceful this time of the year but can imagine in the high season could be a bit noisy. Great stopover for those travelling north to South. Facilities not open.

Le Lac de St-Cyr
The aire is great - level pitches and all services to a high quality. Unfortunately swimming in the lovely lake seems to be banned at the moment, following an algal bloom in July 2023, so the formerly excellent swimming beach was deserted on a warm Saturday morning. In addition the beach bar seemed to have lost its alcohol licence, so no beer! All a bit sad 😢! Obviously there's no sign of algae now after a cold wet winter, so come on local council - be a bit more responsive!
