Guter Platz,direkt neben dem Mémorial Caen. Schade das die Schranke nicht richtig funktioniert hat, da ein Platz am Abend noch frei war und man dort nicht Reservieren konnte. Sonst alles Top.

This Aire is highly popular
Memorial next door is worth a visit. No 2 Bus stop nearby into Caen centre (use Twisto app for tickets). We kept an eye on spaces for this Aire and found the trend was for it to fill up very quickly by early afternoon. Late afternoon arrival is a risk. Excellent site.

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Platz etwas außerhalb der Stadt (Buslinie 2) ,nahe dem Memorial. Für alle Womogrößen geeignet. Empfehlenswert.

A Great Aire
Well set out and nice open outlook for an aire so close to the city. Right next to The Caen Memorial, well worth a visit, and bus to Caen centre just up the road. A lot to see in Caen so suggest the 24 hours bus ticket for 4 Euros is best. Arrive around lunch time for best chance of finding a place on this very popular Aire.

Gut für den Stadtbesuch
Die Plätze sind relativ lang, auch große Wohnmobile finden Platz. Zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum geht es ungefähr eine halbe Stunde. Den Rückweg sind wir mit dem Bus gefahren. Linie 2, war perfekt. Die Haltestelle ist etwa 4 Minuten vom Platz entfernt. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ver- und Entsorgung vorm Platz, gut gemacht. Nachteil: Man hört die nahegelegene Nationalstraße N814.
