Calais is great

We have stayed here several times. No problems. It's a short walk to the really good Calais seafront. That's all been revamped in recent years. If you're lucky you might find the dragon. The site itself is always busy and feels secure as there are always mates, and dogs, around. Free bus into town.

A lovely site to stop over after tunnel. Live the town and the beach.

Great stopover

Great location for a stopover after arriving on Le Shuttle. Windy and wet when were there, looked a tad unkept overall but all functioning as expected. For a stopover, nothing to not like.

Super pratique!

Aire bien entretenue, pratique pour se rendre au centre ville! Services à l'extérieur, bien sauf si certains camping cariste ne respectent pas les aires de vidanges . Ce serait pas mal d'avoir une laverie automatique!

Quit stopover

Very quiet night despite the Aire being 75% full. Perfect for stopover to and from Eurotunnel. Will stop again on our return.

Excellent stopover

Have used this aire before it was a CCP, the entry system is a great improvement. Very convenient for the Tunnel, and Calais is a very pleasant place, with the seafront close by with restaurants and takeaways. Never any trouble with migrants.

Durchreise

Haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht. Absolute Ruhe. Ver und Entsorung perfekt 5 Sterne. Leider kein Wifi, deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. Schöne Dünnenwanderung / Strand durchgeführt. Der Auchan Supermarkt ist riesig, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Rathaus, Leuchtturm und Oper sehenswert. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt 😃🙋‍♂️
