Lovely aire but be aware when the weather is very wet, the grass pitches can get very boggy. We picked a pitch with stones at the front, reversed on but kept our driving wheels on the stones, so the front of the motorhome was level the kerb and had no problem getting off after days of torrential rain. Love Châtelaillon. Lovely seafront and we caught the train to La Rochelle. We’ll definitely come back here

A bit crowded not a lot of room between pitches doesn't help people taking 2 slots by putting out their furniture Short distance to the centre and beach, peaceful location, can be a bit boggy if it's been raining

Not a bad site ,but when you pay to use the facilities and find motorhomes pulling up out side to empty cassettes toilets and fill up with water it gets a bit annoying.
