Barrier not working
Could not get in or out the barrier would not open , telephone camping car for code number to make it work

Difficulty entering
Despite having a balance on our card we could not enter and it took a 30 minute phone call to get the barrier to open and then again we had problems leaving, would not recommend.

Ein recht guter Platz, etwas ausserhalb in einem Gewerbegebiet. Die Zugstrecke hat uns nicht gestört, wenig Verkehr. Ein Problem war die Zugangstechnik , aber die Kommunikation mit CCP konnte auf Deutsch geführt werden war wie immer exzellent.

Noisy and no water…!
Very convenient site , a few hundred meters of one of the main toll free routes to southern France and Spain, located next to train tracks in a busy industrial estate. There was no water when we stayed, some evidence it was being worked on

Difficulty at barrier
An inoperative barrier meant our entry was delayed by 30 minutes needing a call to customer services. An entry code was finally provided which also worked at our exit. (Others had the same problem.) A very frustrating experience after a long day's travel, made worse by getting an email several days after arriving home saying why hadn't we left and a bill for €90 increasing each day we weren't there!! Our second bad experience (still no apology for first), a pity as system is generally good.

Please note that in such situations, contacting our customer service team at +33183646921 (available every day from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.) is the best way to resolve the problem quickly. The barrier issue has since been addressed, and we apologize for the frustration this caused, especially after a long day of travel. Regarding the email and billing issue, we understand how concerning this must have been. Platz wie beschrieben, Zuggeräusche im Hintergrund hörbar aber den Schlaf störte es nicht. Den Pendelbusverkehr konnte trotz Nachfrage nicht gefunden werden. Hier könnte Park-Camping mit Info am Platz nachbessern.

CCP basique, aire dans un zoning industrièl
En arrivant il y avait un problème avec les barrières et je trouve que ça à pris quand même beaucoup de temps pour solutionner ce problème

un parking
Déjà difficile à trouver dans une zone artisanale, en plus la ligne du train est juste à côté. Nous ne sommes pas restés, juste le temps de manger et de vidanger

Pourrai être bien
Cette aire aurait été bien plus agréable si nous avions eu l’électricité. Je veux bien payer mais avoir en échange les services promis .

Aire bien tenue et bien équipée mais vraiment dur à trouver au milieu de cette zone artisanale La vue n'est pas très agréable Pour une nuit c'est juste satisfaisant
