Fabulous stop and town
Huge old campsite with hedges between some pitches. Showers and toilets exceptional hot and clean. Bins plentiful (inside site). Town amazing market Thursday in square top of hill. Many cycle routes (very steep hills be warned) but beautiful sites and views. Traveller site opposite a little worrying. Using road outside as race track for several hours each evening (but stopped about 10pm) just not pleasant but no problems other than that.

Peaceful and spacious
One night here, quiet and spacious though ground a little soft. Sanitary block very clean, wifi working and all other services. A good stopover but nothing much in the vicinity. We did walk into town and tried a bar.

Saubere Stellplatz mit Warmwasser und Strom. Allerdings sollte man informieren das die Türe zu Toiletten nur aufgehen wenn man den Schalter und Türgriff gleichzeitig betätig.

Très beau camping de mon village Nous sommes passés le 22Mai et à cause de la météo .. certains emplacements étaient meubles !! Donc prudence et risque d’enlisement !! Sanitaires et douches super propres Bel endroit nous y reviendrons Jo et Fred Ambassadeurs Bon

Nice little stopover en route from ferry .
This is an ok stopover. The facilities are clean with plenty hot water. Needs a bit of a tidy up as some areas are very overgrown however it is a very large aire and offers what we needed in our way South. We used it last year and would certainly use again. Lovely old town with lots of interesting history. Bit of a walk to the town. Maybe 20 to 30 minutes easy walk.

Very interesting old town .
Mostly grass pitches so when very wet might be as well to check that there is a solid pitch. The toilets, showers and dish washing facilities were spotless when we visited. The clubhouse was the best place for Wi-Fi. The borne was new style and clean and easy to use. Lots of walks from the site. The town is about 15 minutes away from the site followed by a steep climb through some old and interesting buildings. The square at the top has a wide variety of shops and cafes and great views.
