Aire ombragé au pied du château mais route à proximité assez passante en semaine et passage du train également à proximité, pas d’eau chaude au sanitaire mais propre, visite du bourg et guinguette le long de la Charente.

Good.
This is a good and nice place to stay. Next to a train and road, however the nights are quiet. Nice flat and large places on grass. Wifi Oke. However... The showers are clean but are too cold. 🥶 Really a shame. No temperature regulation.

Wunderschöner Stellplatz mit sehr viel Raum!
Top Stellplatz mit allem was man braucht. Wasser und Strom am Platz. Riesige Parzellen von 120 m², Toilette und Dusche. Restaurants und Bäckerei ganz in der Nähe. Ruhige Umgebung, da kein nächtlicher Zugverkehr.

Great site for a 2 night stop.
One of the best! Good location under the old Chateau whose grounds you can walk around. 5+ minutes walk to the riverside part of the village with two restaurants. Bar/tabac/épicerie and a boulangerie the only commerce but the tabac seems to sell most things. Toilet/showers immaculate, cleaned daily by a diligent lady from the commune. Take the cycle route signposted on the south side of the Charente.

Wir haben den Camping-Car-Park für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise nach Spanien genutzt. Tolle Stellplätze in der Natur. Ein kleiner Spaziergang durch den Ort war sehr entspannend. Alles gut, gerne wieder…

A castle stopover
This is a perfect spot, large pitches under beautiful trees, up against the castle walls. Most pitches had both water and EHU. Toilets and showers were open and very clean. 6 min walk to an amazing restaurant on the banks of the Charente. Cars and trains, we're a bit noisy, but worth the ear plugs.
