In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal concerning your access card or your PACK'PRIVILÈGES.
If you wish to exercise this right, please send us the following form duly completed:

Once we have received your request, we will process it as quickly as possible.

To request the closure of your CAMPING-CAR PARK account, please complete the following form:

Fees and refund :

- If your balance is less than the closing fee (€12): No refund will be made.
- If your balance is more than €12: Please attach a bank details form to your request for a refund of the amount remaining after deduction of the fee.

Once we have received your request, we will close your account, deactivate your access card and delete your e-mail address from our files.
