The CAMPING-CAR PARK customer service team is always here to help you. However, to ensure quick and effective support, it's important to contact the right channel depending on your needs.

The phone number should be used only in case of emergency on a site, for example:

  • You are blocked at the entrance or exit

  • The barrier won’t open

  • You cannot access the site despite having a valid code

  • Your vehicle has broken down

Is this your situation? Call us at +33 1 83 64 69 21 (lines open every day from 8 AM to 11 PM, and from 7 AM to midnight in July and August).
