You can check the remaining time of your stay directly in the CAMPING-CAR PARK app:

📱 Steps to check your remaining time

1. Open the app
2. Log in to your account
3. Go to the "Stays" section
4. Select your current stay
5. You will see the remaining time under "Departure before"

⏳ Good to know

• Stay without a reservation: Your stay is valid for 24 hours from the time of entry. A new 24-hour period starts if you stay beyond that.
• Stay with a reservation: The end of your stay corresponds to the time selected during your booking.
• A departure alert will soon be available in the app to help you avoid overstays.

The price of a stay at a CAMPING-CAR PARK stopover area includes:

✔️ Access to the area and a parking space

✔️ Access to services (depending on the area):

• Grey and black water disposal 🚰
• Drinking water refill 💦
• Access to electric hookups ⚡

✔️ WiFi connection

✔️ Access to sanitary facilities 🚻 (on some areas)

• You can check the included services on the app or on the terminal at the entrance of the area.

To top up your CAMPING-CAR PARK account, you must use the mobile app. Here’s how:

📲 Top up your account via the app:

1. Open the CAMPING-CAR PARK app on your phone.
2. Log in to your account if you haven’t already.
3. Go to the "Top up" section.
4. Choose the amount you want to add using the scroll wheel or by tapping in the center of the screen.
5. Confirm the payment using your preferred payment method (credit/debit cards, including international ones).

• If there are pitches available at the end of your initial stay, your stay is automatically extended for 24 hours if you do not leave the area. However, we recommend securing your pitch with a reservation.

• If the area is fully booked, you will need to leave to free up your spot.

  If the area is full and you have been informed that you must vacate your pitch, please make sure to leave. Otherwise, additional fees will apply.

The maximum stay duration on the same stopover area is 21 days within a 30-day period

On most of our stopover areas, the WiFi password corresponds to the email address associated with your account.

For the best connection, we recommend standing near the terminal at the entrance, where the signal is stronger.

🐶 Good news! Dogs are allowed on CAMPING-CAR PARK stopover areas, except on specific areas where restrictions apply.

✅ Conditions for staying with your dog

✔️ Dogs must be kept on a leash within the stopover area.

✔️ Maintain cleanliness: Always clean up after your pet.

Gas and charcoal barbecues are prohibited on all stopover areas. Electric barbecues and planchas are also not allowed.

Whether you can set up a table and chairs depends on the regulations of the stopover area:

• If the area follows "parking" regulations: Setting up outdoor furniture (table, chairs, awning, etc.) is not allowed to maintain the primary parking function.
• If the area follows "camping" regulations: You are generally allowed to set up outdoor furniture, as long as it does not exceed your pitch and remains respectful of other users. However, we recommend checking the local regulations displayed on-site or on the app.

Yes, you can stay with a trailer on CAMPING-CAR PARK stopover areas, as long as the area allows it. Here’s what you need to know:

✅ Conditions for staying with a trailer

✔️ Check beforehand: Some areas may limit or not accept trailers, especially if space is restricted. It is recommended to check the CAMPING-CAR PARK app or the area details for specific rules.

✔️ Length and equipment: Vehicles and trailers over 9m in total length may have restrictions or designated zones. A "Trailer" filter is available in the app to help you find suitable areas.

✔️ Parking: Make sure you have enough space to park both your motorhome and trailer without obstructing other vehicles within your pitch.

Some stopover areas offer specific spaces for vehicles with trailers, so be sure to check the local information for each area.

In our app, you can use the search filters to find stopover areas suited to your vehicle:

1. Open the CAMPING-CAR PARK app.
2. Go to the stopover area search and select the filter "My vehicle is over 9m long".

Not all areas are equipped with sanitary facilities. To check if an area has toilets, use the "Sanitary facilities" filter when searching in our app or on our website. Each area’s page displays icons indicating the available amenities.
