Reservation

The PACK’PRIVILEGES is an annual subscription costing €29, allowing you to book your pitch up to 6 months in advance. You can also enter and exit the stopover area as often as you like—your pitch will always be available. If you have a second vehicle, a reservation is mandatory for accessing areas that accept them, ensuring proper management of available spaces.

To book a stay at a CAMPING-CAR PARK site, you need to use the mobile app. Here are the steps to follow:

📲 Steps to book a stay

1. Open the CAMPING-CAR PARK app

2. Tap on “Sites”

3. Search for the site where you want to stay by destination, route, or by browsing the map of sites

4. Select your chosen site and tap “Book”

5. Tap “Edit” to choose your stay dates and times. You can book up to 6 months in advance

6. To confirm your booking, tap “Add to cart”: the order summary screen will appear. You can either add more bookings (tap “Continue shopping”) or finalize the order: tap “Next” and follow the instructions to complete the payment via the app

🔒 Booking with the PACK’PRIVILEGES
The PACK’PRIVILEGES is required to book a stay.
If you’re not yet subscribed, you can subscribe for €29/year.
Your pitch is reserved for you during your entire stay, even if you temporarily leave the site.

💡 Good to know
You will receive a booking confirmation in the app and by email, including the details of your stay.
If you have any doubts or need help with your booking, Customer Service is available via the app.

You can cancel a reservation directly via the mobile application. To do so, go to your future stays and cancel it.

You have up to 48 hours before the start of your stay to receive a full refund for the reservation. After this time, you will not receive a refund.

You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of your stay. After this period, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
